- Individual Career Counseling
- Career Assessments - Campbell Interest & Skills Inventory, Myers Briggs Type Indicator
- Resume and Cover Letters, and Interview Assistance
- Career Ambassador Program
- Online Services
- Employer Site Visits
- Credential Files Management - letters of recommendation and reports for such tests as GRE and PRAXIS can be kept on file in the Career Center for up to three years after graduation.
Workshops
Workshops are held in the Career Library in Caroline every Tuesday at 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM and every Wednesday at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM.

Recruiting Events
The Washington College Center for Career Devepment sponsors a number of recruiter on-campus visits.
Recruiting events may take the form of large or small informational sessions and/or individual interviews. Employers who visit the Washington College campus my be seeking to fill professional positions or internships.
Past recruiting events have broughts employers such as Peace Corps, FBI, Enterprise, Pfizer, NSA, ONI, NVR Ryan, AmeriCorps, Ameripirse Financial, Legg Mason, various Public School Systems, Southern Teachers Association and more. Watch your email for announcements of recruiting events.

Etiquette Dinner
In November the Washington College Center for Career Development sponsors this event specifically for seniors.
After a brief presentation regarding dining etiquette, seniors are given the opportunity to practice their skills during a delicious four-course meal.
Career Fair
Each March the Washington College Career Fair brings roughly 40 employers to campus.
